Is there to create some sort of clock divider?
I was thinking maybe some sort of delay at full wet, but then it would re-trigger each time the incoming trigger was fired 
Any suggestions or ideas?
Be careful with tap tempo because it is not a straightforward clock divider/multiplier, even though it features those controls. As far as I understand, this unit does exactly what it says it does, extract and output a tempo from an incoming pulse. But don’t forget to also sync it to the same pulse otherwise it will drift off. My experiences using it as a clock divider/multiplier were mostly good, but didn’t scientifically investigate what makes it work/not work.
