ER-101/2 packaging

Do the ER-101/2 come in wooden boxes similar to the 301?

Just picked up a 101/2 and was told that they only came in cardboard boxes. (no problem with that just want to make sure as I think the wooden boxes are really cool and a nice touch.)

As far as I remember mine came in carboard boxes too.
