I was just fiddling…
It actually sound pretty good!
On a Chain, add:
Tap Tempo Unit and then an Offset (set to minus .5)
In the Tap Tempo Unit:

Tap subchain, add a SIN Unit and assign the 1/vo to a pitch source.

Set the DIV to 1
Now, adjust the width - this will adjust the pulse width of the square wave generated.
I guess due to the processing time to derive the ‘tempo’, there’s a bit of lag/slew with the pitch changes (tempo), which is why I dub this the "Drunken Pulse Wave’
