'not enough contiguous memory' message

Linking a stereo channel, i inserted a dub looper to record stereo channels coming in from another audio source (in 1 and in 2), and when i tried to create a buffer , it says not enough contiguous memory .
Then i tried to do it with mono channel there was no problem.
The card has lot of free space btw. Anyone has an idea ?

Buffers are created in RAM not on the card (unless manually saved via the Sample Pool). The message is saying that it could not a find a spot in RAM that was big enough to hold the buffer.

The first number is total space free in RAM. The second number (in parantheses) is the largest contiguous block, or in other words, the largest buffer that you can create in RAM.
