Support for a broken 301?

Is there a proper channel for tech support these days? I sent Brian a message here and via email last week and haven’t heard anything back.

I bought a used 301 and the top screen is unresponsive, and I’m a bit worried I’m left with a very expensive paperweight.

I have been trying to get a hold of Brian for some time as well. Let me know if you hear back from him. I sent him a few messages via the forum but haven’t heard back yet. Thanks
